Thank you for shopping at Clothing Depot. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • U.S. Territories

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

No additional shipping charges will be applied during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an update.

Clothing Depot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable
